Pet Dog Training,Scentwork and Agility
The Patch is a privately-owned purpose-built dog training facility just outside Comber which is close to Belfast, Bangor, Newtownards and Dundonald. We offer a wide range of training including basic obedience,scentwork and agility training at all levels and a warm welcome awaits should you choose to train with us.
Apart from helping with training your dog(s) my personal hope is that when you visit the Patch you will take time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the company of fellow dog lovers and each time leave with your spirits uplifted !
During the Covid lockdowns of 2020 & 2021 I have had plenty of time to reflect on the importance of ” mental well-being ” and , specifically , the valuable potential contribution that the Patch could make for dog-lovers . I have , therefore , decided to seek planning permission for a couple of glamping pods so that visitors to the area and /or those requiring a short convalesence break with their dog could be made welcome and spend quality time with fellow dog – lovers .
